Cooking Labs

According to our project topic "Healthy food and eco-environment", our cooking labs are going on, teaching pupils how to create traditional Italian "Piadina"choosing simple and healthy ingredients, organic, and produced locally, in order to reduce the carbon footprint, and absolutely without additives and preservatives. And, last but not least, without packaging!!

      A few days before the creation of the poster of healthy food we have invited at school Mrs Mesimeri Magda a dietitian msc in sports nutrition . She talked about healthy food and healthy habbits . The children paid attention and asked her several questions.
