Giulio Besio, Responsible of the school workshops of carpentry and pottery, have realized original eco- Christmas trees, decorations and even a Nativity Scene out of recycled materials such as paper, plastic bottles, old carton boxes and wood waste...the results are amazing, as you can see!!!

Merry Christmas to all our friends and Happy New Year!!

Erasmus + event on recycling and re-use

Very interesting event with Paolo Landini Responsible of Green School Project of the Province of Varese and Chiara Ricardi , teacher and architect in Varese, but above all mother of the “Family without packaging”, whose members are trying to live for a whole month giving up any type of plastic packaging and disposable plastic and paper objects, choosing reusable cotton tissues and towels, cotton bags, water bottles filled with water from the tap, and so on...After this experience we’ll be able to know the quantity of waste which can actually be reduced by simple changes in our everyday ‘s life....let’s think about it....seems to be worth it! ECO - Christmas Fair with Erasmus 2018

ECO - Christmas Fair with Erasmus

OPEN DAY

in SzkoΕ‚a Podstawowa im. Jana PawΕ‚a II in PSARY

On Sunday the 2nd December we had an open day in our school connected with an Eco - Christmas Fair. In addition to our Erasmus+ project, the fair was also associated with the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining its independence. The festivity drew crowds of parents, grandparents and other individuals from the nearby villages. Our new mayor and the vice mayor also honoured us with their presence. People could buy Eco-Christmas decorations made by our students and their parents, they could taste homemade cakes as well as pizza and chips. In the meantime, our guests saw the performance of our students, in which they could not miss the accents of our partner countries and the Erasmus+ program - the visitors had also a possibility to watch  an ongoing presentation about our project and all mobilities.
